TD-824i The Transtel TD-824i provides a solid foundation for the needs of a small business. With systems starting as small as 4 telephone lines and 8 phones, the Transtel TD-824i provides cost effective communications for your small business. Barely larger than a three ring notebook, the TD-824i requires a minimum of space while providing maximum features. The TD-824i can expand up to 8 telephone lines and 24 phones. The TD-824i can also expand to include single line/analog telephone extensions; either in a 2 port or 8 port expansion card. These analog ports can allow external voicemail systems, cordless phones, credit card machines, answering machines, auto-dialers, computer modems, and computer dialing if you are using ACT, Microsoft Outlook, Goldmine or similar contact or database manager software programs. At maximum configuration, the Transtel TD-824i can grow to support up to 8 incoming lines (either traditional copper lines from your phone company, or Voice over IP lines from any ISP like Vonage, AT&T, SBC, etc., or fractional T-1 lines from your phone service provider). Imagine receiving your incoming calls over copper C.O. lines where you know the quality is always clear and crisp, and making your outgoing calls with Voice over IP where you can limit your monthly phone charges- sometimes with unlimited calls (check with your providers)!

The Transtel TD-824i can also grow either up to 24 digital telephone extensions, or 16 digital extensions and 8 analog extensions (24 extensions total). For the majority of small businesses, this system offers superior programming and features, large growth capacities, lower costs than the majority of telephone systems, and the flexibility to add telephone extensions or devices where ever and when ever your business requirements dictate.

Lastly, if your needs grow beyond 8 lines or 24 total extensions, it is a painless upgrade to expand to the Transtel TD-1648i system which has twice the capacities of the 824i- yet- still uses the same telephones and cabling as the 824i. Your cost to expand is considerably less than many telephone systems from other vendors that require different telephones or wiring.

TD-1648i The TD-1648i is the cornerstone of an expanding small to medium sized business. With configuration sizes starting as small as 4 lines by 8 stations, the TD-1648i expands to a maximum of 16 telephone lines and up to 48 phones. Your expansion costs are greatly reduced due to the modular architecture of the TD-1648i. When you need to add incoming lines (or Voice over IP lines), the TD-1648i uses either 4 or 8 port expansion cards. Why pay for 8 when you only need 2 or 3? The extensions grow in the same fashion- 8 extensions at a time up to 48 total! Your costs more closely match your growth!

TDS600 The Transtel TDS600 is the flagship of the Transtel product family, and has scalable sizing from 40 ports to over 600 total ports. The TDS600 offers full PBX capabilities, or key system features, at very affordable pricing- especially when compared to major brand-named systems of comparible configuration and feature sets. A key factor in maintaining an affordable growth migration is that the TDS600 family is fully compatible with the entire line of telephones of the TD-824i and TD-1648i. You need not replace any of your existing phones as your company grows. In essence, you phones become more valuable due to the increased functionality of the TDS600. The DK1-D and DK1-B and DK1-S, DK2-D and DK2-DB, and the DK3-D or DK3-B are all compatible throughout the TD family! External voicemail systems (like Amanda) as well as the TMS Lite can also migrate easily between control units.

The TDS600 also supports Voice Over IP (VoIP) telephony utilizing either the TDS600 as a gateway to VoIP trunks for incoming and outgoing calls, or as a full Internet switch which can support both IP phones over your LAN and WAN, and soft phones for remote laptops and remote workstations needing connectivity and features of a centralized switch, with the flexibility of being remotely connected where ever a network interface exists (Starbucks, many malls, even many cities are creating internet hot spots for remote access). We even sell a Plantronics USB headset for soft phones that can even include BlueTooth compatibility. One headset can service your P.C./laptop, your desk phone, your home phone, and our cell phone! Once the Access Router has been programmed and configured, the power of the TDS600 continues to enhance it's Return on your investment! You can establish VoIP routing between multiple TDS600 switches enabling seamless routing of calls between offices, or between desks as your staff moves between offices- domestically or internationally!

Imagine being able to monitor, change settings and parameters, and program your telephone switch without having to leave your desktop, or laptop... The TDS600 allows for all administrative functions to be performed using your browser from your P.C. or laptop.

The Transtel TDS600 is also fully compatible with T-1, ISDN PRI, and E1 circuits from most carriers. Using the internal T-1 card and included software, you are able to take advantage of all of the pricing discounts available via these high speed lines, but also utilize all of the functions such as Caller ID, Dialed Number Information Service (DNIS) which tells you which number was dialed by the caller, DID (direct inward dial) numbers which allow users to have a direct line as well as the main number, Custom Routing of inward calls based on any of the above services, and many more.

Lastly, the TDS600 offers a full Hospitality or Hotel/Motel package that converts the TDS600 into a very capable hospitality communications server. Your small to medium sized Inn or motel can offer large-system features to their guests, and simple instructions to their employees. Automated Check-In, Check-Out, Voicemail enabling and disabling, Call Accounting and many other features are easily accessed via a front desk phone or any programmed phone station, or from a terminal that is networked with the LAN along with the TDS600. And, to further control costs, the TDS600 is compatible with most of the single line or multi-line analog phones commonly sold to hotels and motels for room phones and common area phones.

AVAYA Partner Small Office Edition The Avaya Partner system is the largest-selling small business phone system, with over 1,000,000 systems sold internationally! This Small Office Edition package includes (3) Partner 6 button phones and (1) Partner 18 button display (18D) phone. Supports up to 3 incoming phone lines, and up to 8 Partner telephones (6, 18, 18D & 34D), Includes voice mail with 4 mailboxes, Caller ID, Conference calls up to 5 parties, System and personal speed dial, Contact closure for optional door or gate opener, Music-on-hold input (player sold separately) and SMDR output for call accounting purposes. The package Partner system Does Not Include the Back Up/Restore card (used for both backing up all of the system programming-then restoring if the programming is accidentally deleted or altered), and is NOT expandable.

2-LINE & 4-LINE PHONE SYSTEMS

Panasonic KX-TG6500B- This 2 line, cordless phone from Panasonic offers all of the features and capabilities needed in today's home-based office or small office. The 5.8 GHZ frequency insures minimum interference from other cordless phones and devices, and maximum range and clarity. The system also displays Caller ID on incoming calls, and if attached to the Transtel TD-824i or Transtel TD-1648i small business telephone systems, the Caller ID transfers to the cordless unit on incoming calls AND transferred calls.

If used as a stand alone 2-line telephone, it includes an answering machine with remote message pickup.

Panasonic KX-TG4000B- This can be used in any home-based or small business where up to 4 incoming telephone lines are sufficient, and up to 8 total phones are needed. All remote/cordless phones tie into the base unit, and allow for station-to-station intercoms and paging, and the base station connects to your outside lines and includes an answering machine with multiple mailboxes. For large warehouses, older block wall construction buildings, or businesses with a lot of land to cover, this system could provide the range and flexibility you need without the requirement of running wiring to every phone extension. Your employees will have maximum mobility without the restrictions of traditional wired telephones.
