TMS-LITE 2 & 4 PORT VOICEMAIL
TransTel's newest voice processing system, TMS-Lite is now available in both two port and four port versions. Both 2 and 4 port versions offer 10 hours of message storage. Studies have shown that the average business voice message is approximately 30 seconds. This could allow for up to 1,200 total messages! In one small, affordable and easily installed package, TMS-Lite offers you up to 128 mailboxes as well as Automated Attendant operation, and Day/Night/Lunch/Holiday modes. The TMS Lite voicemail is compatible with almost every phone system currently on the market!

Home Office
Managing personal calls and business calls is easy with TMS-Lite. TMS-Lite can use different greetings for each telephone line. It answers your personal lines with a family greeting and your business lines with a professional, businesslike recording. TMS-Lite never gets the two mixed up. Callers are presented with options appropriate for each telephone line.

Small Office
With up to 128 mailboxes, TMS-Lite is right at home in your small or medium sized business. Unobtrusively tucked in your telephone equipment closet, TMS-Lite is programmable by service personnel at your office via a laptop computer or a touch-tone telephone anywhere in the world. It even programs from a cellular phone!

A variety of notification options assures that your messages find you. From message waiting lights to cellular phone or pager notification, TMS-Lite can get in touch with you when you have messages. Also, depending on your phone system and line services, TMS-Lite can also transfer callers to outside numbers transparently to the caller. Your virtual workers can still be linked to your office without needing a live attendant or having to redial to another number.

Scheduling and Menus
TMS-Lite tailors your message to the time of day, day of the week and even holidays. TMS-Lite easily configures for a Day Greeting, Lunch or Break Greeting, Night Greeting and holiday greetings. TMS-Lite changes your available options based on regularly scheduled events as your needs require.

Audiotext (Virtual Mailboxes)
TMS provides answers to your customer for those repetitive questions. If you find yourself giving directions, business information or any instructions over and over again, Audiotext Mailboxes can take those calls off your hands and let you get on with more important matters.

FAX Tone Recognition
Every TMS-Lite is factory programmed to recognize Fax calling (CNG) tones. When TMS answers a call and hears Fax tone, it quickly and quietly transfers the call to a Fax machine on your telephone system. TMS-Lite eliminates the need for a separately published Fax line. Any line is your Fax line with TMS-Lite!

Multiple Language Support
TMS-Lite supports American English and Spanish right out of the box. In addition, TMS-Lite can be special ordered with support for any of 23* other languages and can simultaneously support 3 languages.

Answering Machine Emulation
When you're just too busy to take every call, TMS-Lite and your Transtel TD Series telephone gives you the ability to "listen in" on messages being left for you. When that "must answer" caller appears, just lift the handset and the call is instantly transferred from TMS-Lite to your own telephone.

Live Call Recording
In business, it's important that you get "it" right. "It" includes business conducted on the telephone. TMS-Lite and TransTel's TD Series phones make this as easy as pushing one button. When you need TMS to record a call, just press the Live Call Recording Button and TMS silently begins recording the conversation. When you're finished recording, press it again and you have a permanent record of the call in your own mailbox. It's perfect for making sure you got that order exactly as the customer wanted it! This is also an important feature for employees that may receive threatening calls or inappropriate calls.

Direct Transfer to Mailbox
With the Transtel TD Series telephone systems, users can transfer callers directly into an absent or busy user's mailbox in two easy steps. No cryptic codes to dial. No waiting on line to enter digits at just the right time. Just press the Transfer to Voice Mail Button and the button of the mailbox user. That's it!

Remote Call Forwarding

The TMS Lite is able to transfer callers to numbers outside of the telephone switch, such as to Cell Phones or Home Offices, or other remote offices/locations. (This feature may require call forwarding capabilities on your trunk lines, as well.) Imagine never having to miss a caller regardless of your location or travel arrangements!

Will TMS-Lite Work With My Telephone System?
TMS-Lite is designed to work with virtually any telephone system that supports in-band DTMF signaling. If your telephone system provides DTMF integration, provides a means to light message waiting lamps via DTMF and supports single line telephones, then TMS-Lite will work for you.

TMS-Lite's Voicemail Utility Program (VUP) comes with a series of profiles so TMS-Lite can quickly configure itself to work with a number of telephone systems. It also offers a discovery mode that helps technical personnel quickly tailor TMS-Lite to your telephone system.

Amanda@Work.Group.Windows
The next level platform that is designed to deliver features and capabilities normally only found on systems that cost many times more. This system comes standard with 4 ports, and can grow to 72 (depending on the PC/Server motherboard). It starts with 1,000+ hours of message storage, and can grow many times larger based on standard PC hard drive sizes. It will support over 10,000 mailboxes, with up to 1,023 messages per mailbox, 7 custom greetings per mailbox, 10 notification events when messages are left, and the same unlimited single-digit menuing as Work.Place. The primary difference is the Work.Group.Windows connects to your LAN and provides numerous advantages not found on most similarly priced systems including:

1-PC Based Call Screening- If active, allows you to “screen” your calls via a PC interface prior to answering your phone, and allows you to take a message, keep the caller on hold and notify them, or transfer them to another extension. Call Screening also allows you to priortize which callers you take in the order you select.

2-Busy Call Management- If active, also allows you to “hold” multiple calls and take them in the order you want them. You can also playout from a number of pre-recorded greetings informing your callers as to their status; "I know you are on hold, and I will get to you in a few moments" or "I am on another call and will get to you in a minute or so" or "I can't get to your call at this time, please leave a message in my personal mailbox" or even "I am transferring you to another extension that can better handle your issues."

3-Expanded Notification- Allows Amanda to send you an e-mail when you get a new voice message as well as actually send a copy of the message to your e-mail address. Your voicemail messages can be converted to WAV formatted files and sent to another e-mail address or your laptop for convenient listening and management.

4-Unified Messenger- If active, ties all of your voice and fax messages into your Microsoft Outlook file structure. This allows you to manage voice and fax messages exactly the same as text/graphic based e-mail. You can distribute voice/fax messages to your Outlook Contacts database, and even append with text or graphics. You can annotate your forwarded messages with either voice or text, or both.

5-IVR (Interactive Voice Response)- Amanda@Work.Group.Windows has an imbedded, high level language that allows for the creation of special applications including IVR responsiveness. Amanda can ask a series of questions and direct callers according to their responses, or collect their responses and store as single messages. This is great for customer support responses, technical support hierarchies prior to connection to the appropriate agents, order entry front-ends, and as a “poor-man’s call center”. For companies with multiple offices, Amanda can determine which office to connect callers to based on needs, departments, specialties, etc.

Amanda@Portal
The most advanced platform available on the market. Is has been designed with an open architecture that allows for full application development at any level. It also comes with Voice Recognition software allowing for a high-level voice interface to callers similar to systems costing $100,000 and more. It has virtually unlimited capacities in all areas including ports, storage and messages per mailbox. This system is so versatile, it can also attach to VoIP networks with IP phones and IP softphones, and both answer incoming calls, transfer them to the appropriate IP location, and take messages when the IP phone location is busy or not available.

Art of Communication, Inc. acquires these systems, fully refurbishes them to factory specifications, and then resells them with full warranty.
